HZS25 concrete plant adopts JS500 twin-shaft compulsory mixer. Its theoretical capacity is 25 m³/h. It choose the batching machine and metering system according to the batching formula.
HZS35 concrete plant uses JS750 mixer. Its theoretical capacity is 35 m³/h. It usually uses with bulk cement silo, screw conveyor, metering system and control system.
HZS50 concrete plant's theoretical capacity is 50 m³/h. It adopts JS1000 compulsory concrete mixer. According to the aggregates number, you can choose two silos, three silos or four silos PLD1600 aggregate bin. With a bulk cement silo, screw conveyor, cement metering, water metering system and centralized control system, it constitutes a simple concrete plant. In engineering projects, hzs50 concrete plant is often used.
HZS75 concrete plant's theoretical capacity is 75 m³/h. It could produce all the commercial or semi-dry materials with the label below C50 by using Camelway JS1500 mixer. Its overall performance is close to the medium-sized mixing plant.
