Chinese concrete plant HZS90, supplied by Camelway Machinery, is producing vibrate concrete in Ghana. It is distinguished by an improved mixing mechanism, high wear resistance of the blades, high mixing quality and a long service life. Due to Ghana customer request, the plant is equipped with Italian SICOMA mixer, which could produce lots of kinds of concrete 90 cubic per hour.
The Sicoma mixer adapts compact, efficient and reliable gearbox. There are high-chromium wear-resistant cast-iron lining and blades, and the correct blades angle ensures the high mixing effiency and long service life. The mixer has fully automatic locking and lubrication system, which could detect any possible mixer problems, such as leaks, oil level and temperature in the gearbox, oil and lubrication level in the discharge pump.
High precision weighing concrete plant. 4 bunker-dispensers of inert materials (suspended on three load cells) weigh in parallel, which provides a quick set of materials and high performance. The water and cement dispenser are installed on three bend strain gauges, the chemical additive dispenser is suspended on a single compression / tensile strain gauge. All metering scales have a stated error not exceeding 2%.
The plant can be equipped with cement silos with a capacity of 100 tons, 200 tons, 300 tons or 500 tons. Both cement and bulk additives are delivered via a screw conveyor, the diameter of which is selected from the range: Ø 273, Ø 219, Ø 194. And the concrete plant can be delivered in an all-weather design.
The concrete mixing plant consists of three core components: a casing, hoisting-and-transport equipment, an electrical control system. The metal structures of the case are made of high-quality rolled metal, wide passages are provided for inspection and maintenance.
Main components of a concrete plant includes aggregate silos, cement silo, weighing system, horizontal and inclined belt conveyors, screw conveyors, water and chemical additives pumps. Process flow for materials:
Cement: cement silo → screw conveyor → cement hopper → mixer.
Filler: aggregate hopper → metering hopper → horizontal belt conveyor → inclined belt conveyor → feed hopper → mixer.
The horizontal belt conveyor delivers aggregate from the metering hoppers, (the number of metering hoppers can be determined by the client) to the inclined belt conveyor and then through the feed hopper to the mixer. Electrical control system of the concrete mixing unit.
The process control is performed by programmable logic controller (PLC). The system monitors all process parameters in accordance with the operator’s task. The system stores all data about the batches and generates reports on the instructions of the operator.
